Refund Policy

Any item at House of Silk that you are not completely satisfied with we guarantee to refund when you return it to us in saleable condition within 15 days from dispatch, returned parcels are refunded within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

However Customizable products items, bodysuits, Panties,  cannot be exchanged, any sales of these items are final.

Please note that your right to cancel or return a Product does not apply to certain types of Products. The following list provides a non-exhaustive list of the types of Products you cannot cancel or return:

  • Panties, Bodysuits in any condition unless faulty, due to hygiene concerns
  • Incomplete, damaged, worn, altered and washed items.
  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Products which are bespoke, have been made to measure, altered, or personalised to your specification.
  • Shipping paid is non-refundable.

  1. Create the return request

By clicking the link below, you can start your return process by adding your order number and the reason for your return.

  1. Packing

Pack the products you want to return in their original packaging. The item to be returned is unworn; packaging and product must be undamaged. The code, name, reason for return and other requested information of the product you want to return must be stated in the relevant field of your invoice.

Place the bill in the box and fix the box securely.
